The gooseneck refurbishing for Zinc and Magnesium alloys die-casting is divided into 4 tipologies:
- Sleeve refurbishing
- Nozzle body seat refurbishing
- Electric heating elements extraction
- Plug replacement
The repairing of any type of tie bar is carried out by means of cut and new material addition to the broken or worn part with special welding.
Repairing is carried out on any type of sleeve, in order to avoid the surface erosion. Each repairing is completed with dimensional or thermal treatment certificate.
