Sleeves for cold chamber die-casting machines.Traditional, integral and thermocontrolled, made up of titratedsteels for the hot machining. They undergo special thermaltreatments in order to ensure their long life. The material analysis and thermal treatment certificates are available on request.
The thermocontrolled shot-sleeve (passing of diathermic oil at the temperature of 200 °C on the average in specific circuits through the shot-sleeve) allows to delay the shot-sleeve wear. It reduces the thermal shocks during each injection phase and extends the life of the hardened surface. It does not modify the steel internal structure to prevent oval shape phenomena.
